Prior to joining Pynes & Moerner he had worked for 5 years in international executive search companies in Russia and UAE. Earlier Mikhail worked as Project Director in a large construction company.

Mikhail graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Mikhail is author of several patents in construction. He also has a degree in Project management.
