Daniel manages the IT and Telecommunications practice of the company and is responsible for business development.

Daniel has broad industrial expertise in IT and Telecommunications, and works with major telecommunications companies, system integrators, private equity firms and international consultancies.

Prior to joining Pynes & Moerner, Daniel took part in building and managing a number of software companies in Russia and developed corporate information systems and e-commerce projects. He also held an investment counselor role at a major Russian systems integrator.

Daniel holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Radio Technology, Electronics and Automation, and a law degree. He has also completed Sociology studies at EHESS in Paris and a series of executive development programs by IMD, INSEAD and Stanford GSB.

Daniel represents Pynes & Moerner in Russian Independent Directors Association. He is fluent in French.
