Olga focuses on executive search and selection assignments in FMCG and is also responsible for placing Marketing and PR executives.

Prior to joining Pynes & Moerner Olga worked for large recruitment companies in Russia. Additionally, she taught and coached recruitment specialists as a part of the Professional Recruiter program.

Olga holds an MA in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her PhD on Assessing Candidates Personal and Business Characteristics while Building Succession Pools.

Olga has completed a number of executive development programs by INSEAD and Wharton School of Business.
